The Unburdening: An Intimate Evening of Release
A quiet, simple session of guided meditation, somatic therapy, and the gentle practice of letting go.
Do you feel like your nervous system is constantly on high alert? Have you been carrying a quiet heaviness, rushing from task to task without a moment to simply stop and breathe? Is there something holding you back, and do you feel that now is the right time to let it go?
Join me at the Brontë Birthplace in Thornton for a beautifully held, intentional one-hour experience in a small, private group of just six people. This evening is specifically designed to help you step out of the restraints and give your body the safety it needs to rest, reset, and clear away the heavy weight that no longer serves you.
What you will experience:
· Space to Breathe: A gentle, guided practice to lower stress levels, reduce the internal noise, and bring your mind into focus.
· A Ritual of Release: A private, deeply personal opportunity to physically let go of a limiting belief or a burden you’ve been carrying, without ever having to share it out loud.
· Somatic Grounding: You will leave with a hand-chosen natural token to serve as a physical “anchor” of peace for your home or desk, keeping this feeling alive long after the evening ends.
Everything shared is entirely confidential. No forced vulnerability, no pressure. Just a quiet, safe space to find your peace.
Investment: £30 (Includes all materials, infused cleansing waters, and a keepsake to take home).
Where: 72-74 Market St, Thornton, Bradford BD13 3HF
When: 10th of September 2026, 6.30 pm
Spaces are strictly limited to 6 participants to ensure an intimate, safe environment.
