Brontë Birthplace

Guided Tours at the Brontë Birthplace

Step into history with one of our guided tours – and experience the full story of the house that became the starting point for literary legends.

More than just the birthplace of the Brontë children, this historic home has witnessed over 200 years of stories – from its days as a modest parsonage to a butcher’s shop, a museum, and now a lovingly restored cultural and community space. Our guided tours offer a deeper look at the history, the people, and the transformation of the house over time.

Guided tours run every Saturday and Sunday at:

  • 12:00pm

  • 2:00pm

Each tour lasts around 45 minutes – 1 hour, and includes exclusive insights from our tour guides, who will walk you through the rooms and the stories they hold.
